Guest speaker will be Tsvi Grosswald, reserve captain in the Israel Defense Forces, who was the military spokesman in Beirut and Sidon during Israel's 1982 Lebanon campaign. A native of Philadelphia, Grosswald made aliyah in 1977, when he was commissioned a captain and subsequently served as Israel's military spokesman to the world press in Lebanon, Galilee and Judea and Samaria. Grosswald served as a U.S. Army infantry captain in Viet- nam and received a Bronze Star. He holds a B.A. degree in politi- cal science from Temple Univer- sity, Philadelphia, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army's In- fantry Officers Candidate School, Intelligence School and Naval Defense School.
