accommodation with an Arab
majority whereby through
mutual respect and understand-
ing the Jewish minority would
be a protected and respected
class, living in peaceful coexis-

Rabbi Meir Kahane says that
there are no choices but his
own. How very narrow minded

Brochures Being Mailed
For Oct. 13 Walk, Fair

Brochures being mailed this
week will inform thousands of
households throughout the
community about the We Walk
As One and Community Fair,
scheduled for Oct. 13.
The Jewish Welfare Federa-
tion and The Jewish News are
sponsoring the double event,
which will be a celebration of
Detroit's partnership with Israel
and the Jewish People.
Chairman Benjamin Rosent-
hal noted that people of all ages
will soon be asking their

Jewish activists.
Following the Walk, a Com-
munity Fair is scheduled for
2:30 p.m. at the Maple-Drake
Jewish Community Center.
Federation's member agencies,
as well as area synagogueq and
organizations affiliated with the
Jewish Community Council, will
have booths offering a variety of
materials with staff and volun-
teers on hand to answer ques-
tions.
The festivities will feature
food, free entertainment and
door prizes. It promises to be an
afternoon of fun, information
and special events for the entire
community.
