a "super summer dance" at 9:30
p.m. Aug. 17 at the Jimmy Pre-
ntis Morris Branch of the Jewish
Community Center. There is an

ACCOUNTANTS UNIT will
meet 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the
Dubin room of the B'nai B'rith
Building. Attorney Don
Gasiorek will speak on "Em-
ploiment Relationships and
Employment Terminations." The
lecture qualifies for two hours of
continuing education credit. Re-
freshments will be served.

SOLOVICH CHAPTER will
go to Bob-Lo Thursday, forming
car pools at 9 a.m, in order to
leave on the 10:30 •a.m. boat.

chairperson of the women's
events committee. Working with
her are Arline Bittker, Harriet

The convention, to be held in
the Marriott Inn, will feature as
speaker Gerald Kraft, president
of B'nai B'rith International.
Other national and regional
B'nai B'rith leaders will address
the group on current organiza-
tional and world issues. The
convention will also elect dis-
trict officers. Ralph Miller of
Birmingham is the outgoing
president, having served for two
years. Leaders who will serve as
district. representatives to
regional and national B'nai
B'rith agencies and commissions
will also be elected.

Jewish Teens in Service
(JETS) will begin its second year
in October, JETS is a program
for individuals in grades ten-12
which combines a volunteer
work experience in a Jewish
communal service agency with

workshops concerned with lead-
ership and career development.
Participants will select a
Jewish agency within metropoli-
tan Detroit in which they will
volunteer between ten and 20
