Press, will deliver the keynote
speech for the Jewish Associa-
tion for Retarded Citizens An-
nual meeting on Monday at
Temple Emanu-El at 7:30 p.m.
Shine will speak on "The Media
and Its Impact on the Rights of
Mentally Retarded Citizens."
Judge Gene Schnelz of the
Sixth Circuit Court will receive
the JARC's first Civil Rights
Award.
The public is invited.

Plan Luncheon

The Beth Elders will hold a
luncheon and installation of
officers and its board of directors
at noon June 18 in Temple Beth
El's Handleman Hall.
After luncheon, Rabbi Richard
C. Hertz will install all the new
officers and board members.
The "Dazzler Dancers," a
group of senior adult ladies, will
entertain. There is a luncheon
fee and guests are invited.
