worth every penny you spend. But, if you

friendship. More than just a day camp, it's
the chance to expose your child to the

camp busing and the two different 4-week

Full-Day Camp. Kindergarten through
Sixth grade. (3 Full day option available for
Kindergarten and 1st graders only.) Days
filled with music, nature, sports, crafts,

Half-Day Camp. Pre-School and
Kindergarten. 5 or 3 Half Days. Half as long

ENGAGEMENTS

Teen Caravan. With so much to see and do
in Detroit, there's never a dull moment.

Block Specialty Camps. Fifth through
Ninth Grades. Campers can personally
build their own specialty camp. Choose on
morning block and one afternoon block per
session. An advancement of skills will be
offered for those who choose to repeat blocks
the second session.

ment of their daughter, Lauren
Denise, to David Adam Bloom,
son of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Bloom
of Dix Hills, N.Y.
Miss Silberg is a pre-law stu-
dent at the University of Michi-
gan. Her fiance was graduated
from Tufts University, where he
was elected to Phi Beta Kappa
Honorary, and will attend the
U-M Medical School in Sep-
tember.

Emanu-EI Offers
Camp Programs

Temple Emanu-el Nursery
School will offer a Parent-Toddler
class and cooking enrichment
class as part of its day camp pro-
gram this summer.
The parent-toddler class is open
to children 20 months to 21/2 years
of age, and will meet on Tuesday
mornings beginning June 25.
The creative cooking class will
meet Thursday mornings begin-
ning June 27, and is limited to
four and five-year-olds.
A mini-cooking class, begin-
ning May 9 for five weeks, still
has limited openings.

Camp, Parent-Toddler classes,
enrichment programs, or Sep-
tember enrollment, call the Tem-
ple, 967-4020. Co-directors are
Michaelyn Silverman and Rena
Cohen.
A developmental kindergarten
is being offered in September,
along with the regular nursery
program. This pre-kindergarten
is a stepping stone class for chil-
dren who are not quite ready de-
velopmentally for a regular,
structured kindergarten, but
need more than regular nursery
school.
