March Of Dimes
Walk Sunday

Participants in the March of
Dimes' WalkAmerica '85 will
begin their jaunts from 11 south-
eastern Michigan locations Sun-
day in an effort to help fund medi-
cal research, educational pro-
grams and community service
projects for the fight against birth
defects.
For information on signing up
for the walk, call the March of
Dimes-Southeast Michigan
Chapter, 423-3200.

Flower Day Plans

The Southfield Cultural Arts
Division will be providing bus -
transportation to and from the
Eastern Market for Flower Day
May 19. There is a charge and
reservations will be accepted
until May 11.

`Art And Law
At Area Gallery

The Print Gallery in Southfield
will stage an exhibition on "Art
and the Law" May 3-June 30.
Works by the 30 artists slated for
the exhibit will be on display
when the exhibition debuts 7 p.m.
May 3.
Gallery hours are Monday-
Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and
Thursdays until 9 p.m.

Scandinavian Show

The Scandinavian Symphony
Orchestra, conducted by Douglas
Morrison, will appear in a "Rus-
sian Fireworks" concert, 8 p.m.
Saturday, at the Southfield High
School Auditorium.

Sunday Concert

Southfield's "Concerts in the
Garden" series will present the
21st Century Steel Band 10 a.m.
