rounds of the 'different offer-

Two dating services, both

providing a personalized
method of matching Jewish
singles.
Lo-La (Hebrew, meaning
For Him-For Her) is the more
established of these match-
making services and is avail-
able to singles of all ages.

Rosenbaum and Claire Arm a
little over a year ago, now has
300 members. They have been
responsible for one marriage

bers range in age from 20 to
78, with the majority being in
their late 20s. Lo-La adheres
to strict confidentialy.

The other dating service for
singles is "The Jewish Con-

Jewish News, The Detroit

most always cited in these ads,

In dating through the per-
sonals, it is important to trust
your first instinct, be it posit-
ive or negative, upon making ,
contact with the person. Also,'
first encounters should be ar-
i-anged as a meeting in a pub-
lic place, such as a restaurant,
rather than having the person
pick you up at your home be-
fore you find out whether you
are compatible.
