almost as_much_at 10 p.m. as at
three p.m.. . . as Executive Chef
Marty Wilk and his kitchen hel-
pers kept bringing trays upon
trays of fresh food. Some people
ate like they were going on a
hunger strike the next day.
One end of the room had con-
tinuous huge mound of shrimp,
shish kebob, chicken, oysters
Rockefeller, ribs, etc., etc., etc. . .
the other side a long table filie
d
with luscious pastry desserts . . .
Folks ate, danced and made merry
in a total fun celebration.
The Excalibur waitresses ex-
hibited their mettle in taking care
of so many people . . . When we
finally got to sit down two hours
after being there, waitress Laurie
Bost showed why she is among
Pat's best . . . with her very per-
sonable, smiling, cordial and effi-
cient ways.
It was a fun day and evening at
Excalibur . . . Even the weather
cooperated for Pat's party . . . and
some people wore coats only be-
cause you never know about
March in Michigan.
Music of Hot Ice was a smash
hit . . . and will return to Ex-
calibur May 7.
