Stephen J. Makoff has been

He received his master's degree
in education and administration
from California State University

Swig, the western camp sponsored
by the Union of American Hebrew
Congregations. He also directed
one of the Wilshire Boulevard
Temple Camps in Los Angeles.
Makoff supervised the creation
of a variety of Jewish award-
winning educational experiences
and programs. Before coming to
Detroit, Makoff was the executive
director of Cong. Beth Israel in
San Diego.

at the Grand Ole Opry in
Nashville, historic Williamsburg
