FOR JEWISH SINGLES an-
nounces that Monday is the dead-
line for paid reservations for the
singles weekend slated for Oct. 13
and 14 at Camp Tamarack.
Activities include canoeing,
tennis, movies, workshops on a
"Balanced Life Style" and more.
For application and information,
call the CNJS office, 661-1000,
ext. 219.
The CNJS will have music,
prizes and food at its "Break-the-
Fast" dance scheduled for 9:30
p.m. Oct. 6 at the main Jewish
Community Center. There is an
admission charge. Singles age
25-45 are invited.
Admission is free to a special
workshop on writing personal ads
to be held at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at
the main Jewish Center.
Chai Singles Skiers of the
CNJS will have a Trivial Pursuit
party at 8 p.m. Oct. 20 at the

house. Refreshments will be
available. There is a fee.
The CNJS and the Windsor
Jewish Community Centre will
co-sponsor an evening at Windsor
Raceway 5:30 p.m. Oct. 21. The
fee includes admission to the re-
versed section of the club house.
Food, beverages and programs are
extra. Registration deadline is
Oct. 12. Checks should be Made -
payable to the Jewish Center.
THE YENTA, a monthly publi-
cation for Jewish singles, will
have its second anniversary party
8 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Red Parrot in
the Michigan Inn. Proper attire is
required, and singles age 21 and
up are invited. Admission fee in-
dudes buffet, dancing and drinks
at "happy hour" prices.
YOUNG JEWISH ADULTS
ASSOCIATION will have a gen-
eral meeting 8:30 p.m. Oct. 8 at
the Jimmy Prentis Morris Branch
