elected president of the
Women's Division of the
Jewish Welfare Federation
at its 38th annual meeting
at Cong. Shaarey Zedek.
Mrs. Labes served as
associate briefing chairman
and as vice president. She is
a member of Federation's
Community Services
Budgeting and Planning
Division. In addition, she
sits on the national
Women's Division Board of
the Council of Jewish Fed-
erations.
She also is a board
member of the Jewish Fam-
ily Service and Fresh Air
Society. Mrs. Labes is a past
vice president and current
board member of the Na-
tional Council of Jewish
Women and a former vice
president of Cong. Shaarey
Zedek Sisterhood.
