"Jewish Treasures of
Prague" will be presented at
the next meeting of the Is-
rael Numismatic Society of
Michigan, Inc., at 8 p.m.
Tuesday at the Jimmy Pre-
ntis Morris Branch of the
Jewish Community Center.
Refreshments will be
served. Diane and Sol Col-
ton will show their slides of
the Prague collection and
their collection of Israeli
government and private
mint medals.
Center Art, Dance Events
The Jewish Community
Center will have a staff art
show now through Jan. 31
at the main Center complex.
The Israeli folkdance
troupe, Galai HaRuach, will
appear in concert 8:30 p.m.
Saturday at the main
Jewish Center. Members of
the troupe are: Shlomo
Rabinowitz, Rami Udi,
Barbara Silberschein, Belle
Greenbaum, Shuki El-
boher, Fay Knoll, Shelly
Komer Jackier, Helga Gold,
Jackie Cox and Amitai Re-

The Morris Branch an-
nounces a new program for
the visually impaired. The
program is called "20/20,"
and it will feature reading
classes, crafts groups and
lecturers.
The first lecture as part
of the 20/20 program will
be at 1 p.m. Jan. 31 in the
Assembly Hall of the

American Israelis, will hold
a meeting 2 p.m. Sunday in

formal get-together to talk
about children in Israel and
exchange experiences. Par-

and mementos to be in-
serted in the album.

Expatriate Ban
LONDON — Czechos-
lovakian authorities have
been refusing to allow legal
emigrants from Czechos-
lovakia to return as
tourists, according to the In-
ternational Council of Jews
from Czechoslovakia.
The ICJC said tourists
producing documents show-
ing official permission to
leave the country have been
told that such certificates
"were no longer valid."
