The Israeli folkdance troupe, Galai HaRuach, will appear in concert 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the main Jewish Center. Expatriate Ban LONDON — Czechos- lovakian authorities have been refusing to allow legal emigrants from Czechos- lovakia to return as tourists, according to the In- ternational Council of Jews from Czechoslovakia. The ICJC said tourists producing documents show- ing official permission to leave the country have been told that such certificates "were no longer valid." for the Blind and Physi- cally Handicapped, will speak on "Resources for the Visually Handi- capped." The Morris Branch Li- brary also has acquired many large print books on loan from the Oak Park Public Library.
