Oakway Symphony Or-
chestra and was recently
featured with the Warren
Symphony. She earned her
graduate degree in music at
Oaklnd University and
currently serves on that in-
stitution's voice faculty.
She . also appears in
Overture to Opera's
Operetta Encores with
Vondrak. Ms. Mercer re-
cently appeared as the
Countess in Michigan
Opera Theater's tour
president - fund raising.

Vondrak was recently
featured as the Count in
Michigan Opera Theater's
tour production of "The
Marriage of Figaro." He
also has been seen in the
Birmingham Theater's
production of "Oliver" and
the Dearborn Civic Thea-
ter's "Deathtrap."
A former apprentice with
the Michigan Opera Thea-
ter, Vondrak has performed
with the company in its
productions of "La
Boheme," "Il Travatore"
and numerous Overture to
Opera programs. Vondrak
has had extensive
engagements with the
Kenneth Jewell Chorale
and has performed with the
Detroit Symphony Or-
chestra and the Warren
Symphony.
