Handleman Hall at 12:30
p.m. Nov. 5, Dr. Marcus'

will introduce the five
presidents of Detroit's
Metropolitan Reform con-
gregations who will respotid
in a panel. discussion. The
luncheon and all lectures
are open to the public. For

Cong. Bnai Moshe will
hold its annual congrega-
tional Shabat dinner at the
synagogue on Nov. 11.
The evening will begin
with services, conducted by
Rabbi Stanley M. Rosen-
baum and Cantor Louis
Klein and featuring mem-
bers of the Bnai Moshe'
youth department, at 6:30
p.m. Services will be fol-
lowed by a traditional fam-
ily Shabat dinner at 7:15
p.m. in the social hall.
Shabat singing and Jewish
storytelling will follow the
meal.
There is a charge for the
meal, and reservations
must be made by Tuesday.

Seminary Pupils
to Get Same Aid

JERUSALEM (JNI) —
Christian and Moslem sem-
inary students will be eligi-
ble for additional children's
allowances for large
families on , a par with
yeshiva students, according
to documents sent by the
Attorney-General's office to
a Jerusalem attorney, the
Jerusalem Post reported.
Although the extension
remained officially uncon-
firmed, the government has
seemingly decided to ex-
pand the scope of these
payments in order to find a
way to renew payment to
yeshiva' students that will
stand up to an impending
review by the Supreme
Court.
