Federation Names Feinstein
Executive Vice President

Wayne L. Feinstein has
been named executive vice
president of the Jewish Wel-
fare Federation of Detroit,
by action of the Executive
Committee, it was an-
nounced by Federation
President Avern Cohn.
Feinstein has served as
executive director of Feder-
ation since October 1982.
Prior to joining Federa-
tion, Feinstein was director
of long-range planning for
the Council of Jewish Fed-
erations in New York.
He holds a master's de-
gree in Jewish communal
service from Hebrew Union
