1 qt. chopped cooked potatoes
lb. smoked herring, skinned,
boned, chopped
1 cup celery slices
1 /2 cup Miracle Whip salad
dressing
2 tbsps. chopped onion
2 tbsps. lemon juice
2 tbsps. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine potatoes, fish, cel-
ery, salad dressing, onion,
juice, pimento and season-
ings; mix lightly. Chill. Add
additional salad dressing be-
fore serving, if desired. Serve
In lettuce-lined bowl. Yield: 6
to 8 servings.

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cup Parkay margarine,
melted
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsps. sugar
1 tsp. salt
41/2 to 5 cups flour
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 tbsp. water

Dissolve yeast in water; add
margarine, eggs, sugar and
salt. Add 3 cups flour; beat
1 cup Parkay margarine
until smooth. Stir in enough
1 6-oz. pkg. semi-sweet choco-
