Senate Resolution No. 144
adopted by the Senate May 24, 1983
reportedly urged the
execution of Jews, re-
ferred to blacks as "a
bunch of niggers from
bongo-bongo land," and
suggested that Catholics
were "idol worshippers."
The group, named Dodge
City Citizens for Better
Broadcasting, has been
joined in their campaign
against the station by the
National Black Media Coal-
ition. They have requested
that the FCC revoke
KTTL-FM's license when it
comes up for renewal this
month.

NEW 1983 buick
ill
tions owned by Cattle Coun-
try Broadcasting, a small,
family-run operation.
Listeners say the sta-
tion's religious programm-
ing, which accounts for a
sizeable portion of its broad-
cast day, began taking on
threatening tones last
summer. Tapes by William
Gale and James Wickstrom,
two right-wing ministers
were featured prominently.
Both men are associated
with the ultra-right-wing
paramilitary group Posse
Comitatus.
