Supports Aliya

The leadership of the or-
ganized Orthodox, Conser-
vative and Reform
synagogue movements have
agreed to work together in a
unified appeal for Ameri-
cans to make aliya, mark-
ing the first time aliya has
been the focus of such a na-
tional effort, according to
Moshe Shechter, director of
the Israel Aliyah Center of
North America.
