of Pioneer Women/
Naamat, announced that
scholarshipS for 770 women
attending more than 50 in-
stitutions of higher educa-
tion in Israel were recently
awarded by the Perpetual
Scholarship Fund of
Pioneer Women/Naamat.
The recipients included
14 Arab and Druze women,
came from 97 towns, - 56
moshavim (collective
farms), and 10 villages
throughout Israel. Nearly
2,000 women applied for the
scholarships.
