Sinai Promotion Told

Marcia N. Persin was
promoted to associate ad-
ministrator for medical
staff at Sinai Hospital of De-
troit.
In her new position, she
will be administrative
liaison to the medical staff,
coordinate administrative
support of medical staff
committees, and have ad-
ministrative responsibility
for the hospital's medical
staff office. In addition, she
will develop and implement
the ongoing trustee educa-
tion program as well as var-
ious other special projects.
Mrs. Persin joined
Sinai's staff in May 1979
as assistant adminis-
trator / special projects.
Before coming to Sinai,
she had been assistant
director of research and
assistant director for
association services at
the Greater Detroit Area
Hospital Council.
Mrs. Persin is a nominee
in the American College of
Hospital Administrators.

She earned a master of
public health degree from
the University of
Pittsburgh Graduate School
of Public Health, where she
majored in hospital and
medical administration; she
earned her BA degree,
graduating magna cum
laude, also from the Univer-
sity of Pittsburgh.
