Labor Ties With Israel Intact

Israel Finance Ministry
associate George M. Flesch,
here on a special mission for
Israel Bonds and to
strengthen Israel relations
with labor movements,
stated this week that the
mutual friendships remain
intact.
On a special assignment
for which he was designated
as "Israel's Roving Ambas-
sador," Flesch's special as-
signment in Detroit was for
the labor-management Is-
rael Bond dinner to be held
Nov. 6 at Cobo Hall.
On his specific assign-
ment here, Flesch said he

conferred with representa-
tives of some 20 labor
groups and received assur-
ances that the interest in Is-
rael Bonds is not waning.

"There is a heartening
trend here and nationally
to provide the necessary
economic aid to Israel,
