A three-member panel
will ask questions of the
NEW YORK — The
publication of the National
Council of Jewish
Women's (NCJW) survey
of adolescent girls in the
juvenile justice system,
conducted earlier this year
in some 50 locations
around the country, has
been funded by a grant
from the Joe and Emily
Lowe Foundation.
The findings of the sur-
vey are being compiled
and analyzed by a team of
NCJW volunteers from the
organization's Children
and Youth Priority group.
