years, Israeli citizens hold-
ing Israeli passports have
been admitted into the
People's Republic of China.
Two scientists, Dr. Tsvi
Piran of the Hebrew Uni-
versity and Dr. Gerald
Tauber of Tel Aviv Univer-
sity, attended the Third In-
ternational Marcel
Grossman Conference in
Shanghai on the theory of
relativity. Some 400 scien-
tists from around the world
attended the gathering.
Dr. Piran delivered a lec-
ture on the use of com-
puters.
