lene Hill, the super
songstress.
This was opening night,
but The Loving Cup is such
a group of pros that every-
thing was just about down
pat except for some very
minor things like adjusting
the sound on the mike .. .
which so many other groups
have to do their entire
engagement, almost always
with that "testing, one, two"
routine the whole night.
Its excellent sound sys-
tem is among the best .. .
and Marlene is as usual su-
perb with her Barbra
Streisand songs . . . espe-
cially those of some years
back like, "Sam, You Made
the Pants Too Long," "Don't
Cry On My Parade," "My
Man," etc.. . . Her Streisand
dialect intonations are
wonderful.

place now is a variety of
good things to eat.
It really does make quite
a difference.
