Loewenstein in a recent
double-ring ceremony at
Temple Beth El.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome L.
Vikser of Farmington Hills.
Parents of the bridegroom
are Mr. and Mrs. Marshall
Loewenstein of Southfield.
Brette Vikser was her sis-
ter's maid of honor. Brides-
maids were Tammy Kay;
Mary Hanlon; Jamie
Richman of North Miami,
Fla.; Patricia Thomas;
Carol Blumberg and the
bridegroom's sister Judy
Loewenstein.
Dan Millstone was the
best man. Ushers were
the bride's brother Doug
Vikser; the bridegroom's

School and Young Israel of
Oak-Woods will sponsor a
showing of the film, "The
Chosen," based on the book
by Chaim Potok, 7 p.m. Oct.
12 at the Maple HI Theat-
ers.
