elderly is finalizing• plans
for the Sept. 12 ceremonies.

the Jewish Home for Aged
and Jewish Federation
Apartments, the 2 p.m.
gathering will take place on
a site west of the Jewish
Community Center in West
Bloomfield. Tillie
Brandwine is chairman of
the ground-breaking com-
mittee. -
The complex will include
the Edward I. and Freda
Fleischman Residence, the
Lillian and Samuel
Hechtman Federation
Apartments, and the Louis
C. and Edith B: Blumberg
Plaza which will link the
two structures.
Representatives of the
sponsoring agencies will
participate in the pro-
gram, as will members of
the Fleischman,
