elected president of Cong.
Beth Israel of Flint for the
third time. Moss previously
served as president from
1968 to 1972 and from 1974
to 1976.
He also is the president of
the Flint Jewish Federa-
tion, general chairman of
that city's United Jewish
Appeal campaign and
chairman of Flint Israel
Bonds.
Moss is the co-chairman
of the National Committee
of Small Cities of the Coun-
cil of Jewish Federations;
president of the Great
Lakes Region, National
Federation of Jewish Men's
Clubs; member of the na-
tional board of directors of
the CJF; and a member of
the board of HIAS.
