The U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban De-
velopment has approved
funding to the Jewish Fed-
eration Apartments for the
construction of an addi-
tional 103 subsidized one-
bedroom apartment units
for the elderly.
The project will be part of
a complex for the elderly
being developed in West
Bloomfield under the spon-
sorship of agencies of the
Jewish Welfare Federation.
Interested persons 62
years or older may phone
the Jewish Federation
Apartments for applica-
tions to be mailed to them
for an anticipated Fall 1983

seen. Lodging is at the
Queens Hotel.
The Tiger night trip is
June 17, when the Detroit
Tigers will play the Mil-
waukee Brewers at 7:30
p.m.
