It has been brought to our attention, by some of our faithful advertis-
ers, that certain individuals are using unethical tactics in urging you to try
their non-existent and yet to be proven product.
They have resorted to false claims regarding our readership in the hope
of luring your dollars.
We can only urge you to use caution and beware of their dubious

Taking into account the
confrontations Israel must
face with the United States
as well as other nations,
Michael Comay, former Is-
rael ambassador to Canada
and the United Kingdom,
told an audience of some 200
at the United Hebrew
Schools, Tuesday evening,
that Israel's decisions in-
volving her future and secu-
rity will be written in
Jerusalem.
Addressing the monthly
cultural gathering of De-
troit Friends of Technion —
the Israel Institute of
Technology in Haifa,
Comay, who prior to the
ambassadorships had a 15-
year tenure in the United
Nations representing Is-
rael, stated that some of the
reactions in the U.S. and
Britain may be due to what
is considered national pol-
icy in the respective coun-
tries.

BONN (JTA) — Gustav
Richter, a former SS official
who had a role in sending
Romanian Jews to death
camps, was sentenced to
four years imprisonment by
a court in Frankenthal but
was immediately set free on
grounds that he had served
longer prison terms in
Soviet jails after the war.
Richter, 69, was a consul-
tant on Jewish affairs at SS
headquarters in Bucharest
in 1942. In that capacity he
pressured the government
to include Romanian Jews
who lived in France at the
time in the "final solution."
Recognizing the doubts
that creep in regarding
the future Israel-
Egyptian relations after
the withdrawal from
Sinai on April 25, Comay
said he believed that the
good relations between
the two countries will
continue, in spite of the
difficulty to make predic-
tions.

TEL AVIV (JTA) — A
27-year-old Israeli woman,
who was a boy for the first
five years of her life, has re-
cently given birth to her
second child.
Doctors said it was possi-
bly the first case in medical
history of a sex-changed
person giving birth. Her
first baby was born three
years ago and, like the sec-
ond, was delivered by
Caesarian section.
Nevertheless, he said Is-
rael's commitment to her
own safety remains
paramount. He expressed
the hope it will remain un-
derstood.
