JERUSALEM (JNI) —
Kibutz Gonen will open its
gas taps this week, becom-
ing the first Huleh Valley
settlement to exploit Israeli
natural gas for domestic
use. Methane gas will re-
place oil in the kibutz boil-
ers.
The gas in two adjacent
fields was found by experi-
ment drillings of the gov-
ernment oil exploraion
companies. The gas should
cover the kibutz' needs for
about two years, and oil offi-
cials expect further dril-
lings to reveal gas suitable
for use by other Galil set-
tlements.

PLO-Soviet Link a Common Foe

NEW YORK — Abu
Ayad, security chief of the
Palestine Liberation
Organization (PLO), talked
about a potential PLO-
Soviet link in a recent
interview with the Kuwaiti
newspaper Al-Rai-Al-Aam.
"If we had the capability to•

sign a treaty with the Soviet

Union, we would have
signed a thousand treaties,
and if we controlled land we
would have allowed the
Soviets a thousands bases
because we are dealing with
a foe stronger than Israel,
the United States."

Wednesday's reception
will pay tribute to the
rabbi and provide an
opportunity to support
his many causes. Rabbi
Feinstein will not be able
to attend because of his
age and health.

Attali's trip to Israel,
where he will lecture at
the Hebrew University,
had been planned for
some time. He was
entrusted with his special
mission in the wake of a
growing misunderstand-
ing between France and
Israel.

Headaches can. of course. result from many conditions.
But research has revealed that a common
cause--oftenunrecognszed --can be traced to
the cervical vertebrae (spnal boots of the
neck).
Seeking rebel by merely drugging the
pain often alb...is the cane of the symptoms
to go untreated. It you have headaches. it
would be wise to seek qualified professional
counsel n early as possible from a doctor of
chiropractic. Under chiropractic care. a patient neither treated
or referred after a comprehensive differential diagnosis.
