Bible Scholar to Address Hadassah Opening Meeting
The featured speaker will
be Prof. Shalom Paul, a bi-
blical scholar. His subject
will be, "Jerusalem — A
City of Gold."
Prof. Paul was ordained
at the Jewish Theological
Seminary and holds a PhD
degree in Oriental studies
from the University of
Pennsylvania. He held the
position of associate profes-
sor of Bible at the seminary,
and was senior lecturer in
Bible at the Hebrew Uni-
versity and the University
of Tel Aviv.
Metropolitan Detroit
Chapter of Hadassah will
hold its opening meeting
12:30 p.m. Wednesday at
Cong. Bnai Moshe.
