Aged has developed a spe-
cialized new program called
respite-care services.
This program provides for
immediate emergency situ-
ations, post-hospitaliza-
tion-rehabilitation care and
vacation housing for Jewish
community elderly at either
Borman Hall or Prentis
Manor.
The JHA has made the
program available by set-
ting aside a limited number
of beds at both facilities for
these special circum-
stances. The JHA's total
range of services is made
available for the respite
care person and his respec-
tive needs.

2 cans sardines
1 small onion
1 small apple, unpeeled
1 /3 cup bread crumbs
5 hard boiled eggs
lemon cut in eight wedges
vinegar
Mash sardines. Grate onion
and apple. Mix sardines with
the onion and apple. Grate
eggs and add four of them.
Add bread crumbs and
enough vinegar to absorb the
ingredients. Arrange in a mold
and store overnight in the re-
frigerator. Decorate with
grated egg and lemon slices.
