Home for Aged Names New Assistant Executive Director
Marvin H. Fleischman,
president of the Jewish
Home for Aged, announces
the appointment of Stephen
R. Roizen to the newly
created position of assistant
executive director of the
facility.
A native of New York,
Roizen received a bachelor's
degree in psychology from
the State University of New
York at Albany and holds a
master's degree in health -
services and hospital ad-
ministration from Tulane

•Yeshivat Akiva has sev-
eral openings still available
in its Camp Tov, a summer
day camp program for chil-
dren entering kindergarten
through sixth grade.
Housed at the Akiva
building, 27700 Southfield,
Lathrup Village, Camp Tov,
which runs from 9 a.m. to
3:30 p.m., offers campers
recreational activity and in-
tellectual stimulation.
Campers will participate in
arts and crafts, field trips
and sport events.
In addition, campers also
will receive swim lessons
from a licensed water safety
instructor. Integral to the
camp experience is Judaic
studies, involving the
camper in an active explo-
ration of Jewish life and
values.

Camp Tov runs from June
29 through Aug. 14, with a
choice of two sessions (four
weeks and three weeks)
