COOKIES
1/2 cup unsalted margarine
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 cup orange juice
2 and V2 cups flour
1 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Cream margarine, sugar and
eggs. Add grated lemon rind,
orange juice and blend. Add
remaining ingredients. Bake in
preheated 350-degree oven for
7 minutes. Ice while hot (see
below).

ICING
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. margarine
1 cup confectioner's sugar
Mix all ingredients together.
