1/2 to 1 cup ground walnuts
1 tsp. salt
1 /4 tsp. pepper
Saute onion in margarine.
Chop together with the
drained peas or beans and
hard boiled eggs. Add ground
walnuts and spices. This
should be made a day or two in
advance so the mixture will
turn the brown color of liver.
Good served on crackers.
Serves 6.
