THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS
All anger is not sinful, be-
cau..,e some degree of it, and
on some occasions, is inevit-
able. But it becomes sinful
and contradicts the rule of
Scripture when it is con-
ceived upon slight and in-
adequate provocation, and
when it continues long.

recently and enjoyed the
food so much, he asked to
take two containers of
Skordalia (mashed potatoes
with garlic) on his Ameri-
can Airlines flight back to
New York . . . Waiter Terry
Antzaklis must have used a
lot of tinfoil because none of
the other passengers knew
the difference . . . and Leah
loved what Gunther
brought her.
Skordalia made at LeTnon
Peel is not overly mixed
with garlic . . . Some Greek
places put in enough garlic
to bring the plane down!
I had my third visit to the
Lemon Peel . . . this time for
one of its 14 different kinds
of hamburgers . . . The first
was for an omelette . . . next
a Greek dinner of lamb
chops and breaded veal cut-
lets with Greek dressing . . .
My hamburger, called
a Saganaki Burger ($3.65)
with gooey -Saganaki
cheese on 1/2 lb. of 100 per-
cent ground round, was
delicious ... I enjoyed it
in the Theater Room ...
We had the saganaki,
skordalia and yummy green
beans in a tomato sauce .. .
plus some Spanish coffee
flamed by Terry . . . with
cointreau, grand marnier
and Tia Maria over whipped
-
cream.
