Home for Aged Gets Grant

University, announces
Marvin Fleischman, Home
for Aged president.
The grant is part of a
larger grant from the Kel-
logg Foundation for the im-
plementation of the Long
Term Care Information
System.
The home's grant will be
used to train Michigan
nursing homes, hospitals
and community based serv-
ice providers how to use this
system in working with
their elderly clients.

The Jewish Home for
Aged has received a train-
ing grant for $50,000 from
the W.K. Kellogg Founda-
tion through the Depart-
ment of Community Health
Science of Michigan State

(Edna) Green of Southfield
will celebrate their 50th
wedding anniversary at a
dinner party given by their
son and family, Mr. and
Mrs. Howard L. Green and
grandsons, Wednesday at
Hamilton Place.
The Greens were married
in Detroit on June 22, 1930.
Dr. Green has been practic-
ing dentistry in Detroit for
the past 50 years.
The Greens have been

Omega Dental Fraternity,
the Jewish Historical
Society of Michigan, the De-
troit District Dental
Society, the Michigan Den-
tal Association, Hadassah,
National, Council of Jewish
Women and others, many of
which they served as
presidents.
