JERUSALEM (JTA) —
Premier Menahem Begin
would not turn down an
opportunity to meet with
Republican Presidential

if Reagan made an overture.

senior aide prior to Begin's

The aide indicated that

sion with Begin's staff on
the possibility of a meeting
with Reagan. But no ar-

Workmen's Circle
Plans Pilgrimage
to NY Cemetery

Circle and the 100th an-

Israelis Arrest
Terror Suspects
TEL AVIV (JTA) — A
terrorist cell in its form-
ative stage was uncovered
by Israeli security services
last week in the Israeli Arab
village of Tamra in the
western Galilee.
Three local youths, all of
whom work in Israel, were
detained. It was reported
that they were recruited
into an El Fatah cell under
the command of a Fatah
leader in the West Bank.
Their task was to prepare
bombs and to place them at
various sites in Israel.
More arrests are ex-
pected.
