Israelis Arrest Terror Suspects TEL AVIV (JTA) — A terrorist cell in its form- ative stage was uncovered by Israeli security services last week in the Israeli Arab village of Tamra in the western Galilee. Three local youths, all of whom work in Israel, were detained. It was reported that they were recruited into an El Fatah cell under the command of a Fatah leader in the West Bank.
