engagement of her daugh-
ter, Joyce Marcie, to Dr.
Michael Kurtz, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Eli Kurtz, also of

Miss Maslowe earned a
BA degree from the Univer-
sity of Michigan and an MA
degree in speech and lan-
guage pathology from
Wayne State University.
Her fiance earned a BA de-
gree in psychology from

Medicine and Surgery.
