formed.
He later served as direc-
tor of special cooperation to
developing countries in the
ministry of defense. In this
capacity, he was in charge of
planning, coordinating and
carrying out of projects of
cooperation in 45 countries
on Asia, Latin America, Af-

general of Israel in At-
lanta. He was then nomi-
nated as Ambassador to
Zambia and later served
as director of informa-
tion of the World Zionist
Organization and direc-
tor general of Israel De-
fense Fund.
Gilboa served as Israel's
minister to the mission in
Iran from 1977 to 1979.
The meeting will feature
a musical program. The
