gelatin
1 /4 cup cold water
1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia
Brand Cream cheese
1 /2 cup sugar
1 /2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Peach Wine sauce
Soften gelatin in cold water;
stir over low heat until dis-
solved. Combine -softened
cream cheese, sugar, vanilla
and salt, mixing until well
blended. Gradually blend in
milk and gelatin. Chill until
slightly thickened. Fold in
whipped cream; pour into
lightly oiled 1-quart mold. Chill
until firm. Unmold. Serve with:
PEACH WINE SAUCE
1 10-oz. jar Kraft peach
preserves
1 /3 cup dry white wine
Combine ingredients; mix
well. Chill. Makes 1- 1/3 cups.
