Combine -softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt, mixing until well blended. Gradually blend in milk and gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream; pour into lightly oiled 1-quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve with: PEACH WINE SAUCE 1 10-oz. jar Kraft peach preserves 1 /3 cup dry white wine Combine ingredients; mix well. Chill. Makes 1- 1/3 cups.
