a Golda Meir Endorsement
Fund, it was announced by
Henry Leopold, president of
the association.
According to Leopold, the
fund "will be used exclu-
sively for funding of loans to
those deserving people
whose needs are urgent, but
who are not able to secure
the endorsements of respon-
sible individuals as is re-
quired as part of the asso-
ciation's standard proce-
dures."
