Correction
The obituary for Abram
Jakubowitz which appeared
in the May 25 Jewish News
incorrectly listed his age.
Mr. Jakubowitz was 63.
At the same time, the
obituary for David Richman
inadvertently omitted his
past presidency of the He-
brew Benevolent Society.
He also was treasurer and a
vice president.
