Prof. Moses Abramovitz
of Stanford University will
deliver the eighth annual
Lawrence Seltzer Lecture in
Economics at Wayne State
University, 2:30 p.m. Wed-
nesday in the McGregor
Memorial Conference Cen-
ter on the WSU campus.
His topic will be "Eco-
nomic Growth — and Its
Complaints" and the lecture
is open to the public.
Prof. Abramovitz has
been teaching at Stan-
ford since 1948 and is
considered an expert in
business cycle fluctua-
tions and analysis.

Egypt's Israeli embassy will
be opened in Tel Aviv like
other countries, and not in
Jerusalem because of "polit-
