the address shown on the blank. Envelope must be postmarked by May 20, 1979.
Additional entry blanks are available at any Farmer Jack listed below, or you may
call 835-9500 ext. 406. No purchase is necessary.
2. All persons 18 years of age and older are eligible except employees of Bormans,
Inc. (or agents) and their families.
3. Enter as often as you like. The last day to deposit entry blanks is Sunday, May 20,
1979. Drawing will be held Tuesday, May 22, 1979. Winners will be announced by
Thursday, May 24, 1979. Winners will be notified by registered mail. All prizes
will be awarded.
4. The chances of winning a prize depend on the number of entries we receive in a
