Surgical Center
Officers Named

The first free-standing
surgical center in Michigan,
the Warren Surgical Cen-
ter, slated to open Oct. 1,
will be headed by Dr. Stuart
W. Hamburger, chairman of
the board of the center, and
Dr. Paul T. Lahti, president.
Dr. Hamburger, senior
attending surgeon at Sinai
Hospital, said the in-and-
out-the-same-day surgical
center will reduce medical
costs to the public by nearly
$4- to $5 million.
The surgical center will
contain five operating
rooms, waiting rooin, pre-
operative holding and
examination areas, re-
covery room, X-ray
facilities and a laboratory.

Emanu-El will conduct a
Seder for the St. Catherine
of Alexandria Church.
While presiding over the
Seder, Rabbi Steinger will
explain the meaning of
Passover and its foods and
rituals.
