Hamburger, chairman of the board of the center, and Dr. Paul T. Lahti, president. Dr. Hamburger, senior attending surgeon at Sinai Hospital, said the in-and- out-the-same-day surgical center will reduce medical costs to the public by nearly $4- to $5 million.
